The role
At our client company, you will develop, innovate and optimise technology for catalyst products and their manufacture. You will lead programmes that take new product developments from laboratory scale to commercial production and support business objectives and productivity initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Initiate and lead programmes that support business objectives and productivity. Oversee the business case and project scope, and define the strategy and approach with the team.
- Align direction and priorities with the business manager, and resource allocation with the research and development manager.
- Initiate technology concepts for new or partly new plants.
- Act as technology licensor on capital projects led by others, assessing technical feasibility and the accuracy and completeness of designs.
- Provide subject-matter expertise, advice and support to manufacturing and business teams worldwide on catalyst products and production technology.
