The role
As a Senior Quality Controller, you are responsible for safeguarding product and process quality in the production process. You take measurements, analyze the results and make specific product adjustments.
Responsibilities
- Support and guide Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), coordinating with colleagues and customers during these activities.
- Carry out quality control (QC) checks.
- Prepare reports on mould changes and implement improvement actions based on the reports.
- Coordinate incoming goods, manage inventory and ensure the required materials are available on time for the injection moulding department.
