Senior QA role in Stellendam, South Holland. You coordinate audits and complaints, maintain quality systems, and carry out inspections and training.
The role
As Senior QA Officer, you are the point of contact for customers on quality matters. Together with the QA/QC team, you maintain the quality manual and keep it practical and fit for use.
- You prepare for and take part in GMP, BRC and IFS audits, track action points and coordinate follow-up with the departments involved.
- You coordinate complaint handling and act as the first point of contact for internal and external parties, including customers, suppliers and relevant authorities. You ensure proper records and reports and monitor improvement actions using the PDCA approach.
- You carry out independent inspections and checks related to GMP, Lean and HACCP. Where needed, you address production and packaging staff and coordinate changes and improvements with the QA/QC Manager.
- You conduct internal audits, follow up findings and deliver tailored training.
- You maintain quality management systems and work with QA/QC colleagues and other departments.
What you bring
- HBO-level (Dutch higher professional education) working and thinking capacity, a relevant qualification and a proven track record.
- Knowledge of legislation and regulations for quality systems and certifications, as well as microbiology and manufacturing processes.
- Experience preparing procedures, reports, overviews and records.
- You are proficient in Dutch and English; German is an advantage.
- You handle differing views well and work tactfully and with clear focus.
