The role
At our client company in Hedikhuizen, North Brabant, you will work as a senior process technologist focused on quality and the optimization of industrial production processes. You will analyze and improve quality projects, and coordinate systematic quality checks as well as internal and external audits.
Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze complaints and initiate improvement projects to maintain process quality at the required level.
- Work with the central Quality department on quality standards and objectives.
- Proactively follow up on analyses and production parameters, identify trends and deviations, and initiate improvement actions.
- Work with the quality employee to ensure that inspection data is properly maintained.
- Apply lessons learned from discussions with other plants.
- Oversee raw-material storage and the chemical composition of raw materials.
- Work with the Production Manager to reduce waste and scrap in the production process.
- Keep up to date with developments in the field.
What you bring
- Education at HBO level in quality and/or process technology.
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience with quality optimization processes.
- Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
- A strong interest in quality and process technology.
- Resilience under pressure, a proactive approach, and good communication skills.
- Willingness to be present at the factory.
