The role
As a Research and Development Laboratory Technician in Dordrecht, you will conduct small-scale R&D experiments and analytical tests to support product development.
Responsibilities
- Carry out small-scale extrusion and compounding trials and set up experimental arrangements for new formulations.
- Perform analytical measurements, interpret results and report findings.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and carry out routine calibrations for techniques such as IR, DSC, TGA and chromatography.
- Support process development through emissions tests for volatile substances and quality checks of ingredients and semi-finished products.
- Coordinate analyses with external laboratories and provide ad hoc analytical support for production-related issues.
