The role
As Quality Coordinator with our client company, you are the link between colleagues and the applicable quality standards in your region. You prepare reports, analyze findings and follow up on agreed actions in consultation with the regional director. You identify opportunities for improvement and turn them into concrete plans.
What you’ll do
- Assess efficiency and quality through interviews and internal audits.
- Provide briefings, instructions and training to strengthen quality awareness.
- Conduct internal and external audits and inspections, and support and coordinate audit processes.
- Monitor the correct and timely handling of notifications in the business management system.
- Work with the Quality Team Lead, other Quality Coordinators, operational teams and safety colleagues.
Hours and location
You will work 32–40 hours per week, mainly from an office in your region. All Quality Coordinators work together in Nijkerk once a week.
What you bring
- At least HBO-level work-and-thinking ability.
- Knowledge of quality processes, standards and guidelines.
- Familiarity with certification schemes such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
- Knowledge of UAV(GC) contracts is an advantage, but not a requirement.
- A holistic, process-oriented approach, strong communication skills and a commitment to actively promoting quality.
