The role
Location: Wormerveer, Noord-Holland.
As a Quality Controller, you help maintain consistently high product and print quality throughout the process. You inspect products at the start, during the process and afterwards, discuss deviations with operators and supervisors, and carefully record your findings.
You carry out incoming inspections of raw materials and secondary materials, as well as safety and hygiene inspections in support of the QHSE policy. You work with machine operators and other departments to identify quality issues and implement proposed improvements.
Other duties include audits, operational checks, improvement activities, administration and work related to compliance with applicable standards. In consultation with the operations team, you have go/no-go authority for product release. You report to the plant manager and work with the QHSE coordinator on functional matters.
