At our client company in Maasdijk, you monitor fresh-product quality, flag deviations and coordinate solutions with production. The fixed schedule covers day or evening shifts and a few Saturday shifts each year.
The role
At our client company in Maasdijk, Zuid-Holland, you monitor the quality of fresh, packaged fruit and vegetable products. You coordinate with production operators and team leaders, and stay in daily contact with the goods-receiving team to understand product quality in advance. You quickly spot deviations, initiate suitable solutions and discuss progress and results at team meetings. This helps improve processes and keep products aligned with customer requirements.
Shift schedule and requirements
The fixed schedule consists of day or evening shifts. A Saturday shift is included a few times each year.
- MBO-level education and corresponding reasoning ability.
- Relevant experience with fresh fruit and vegetable products is an advantage.
- Interest in process improvement and a strong focus on quality.
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Resilient under pressure, motivated and confident in standing your ground.
What is offered
Gross pay starts at €2,850 per month on a full-time basis and depends on your knowledge and experience.
