The role
As a Quality Control Officer at our client company in Utrecht, you are responsible for the quality and food safety of the nutrition bars produced there. You check that finished products meet internal quality standards, legal requirements and customer specifications. The production team makes products to set standards. Together with your QC colleagues, you support and guide the team in achieving its quality objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out inspections to check compliance with quality and food safety requirements.
- Advise the production team on quality matters.
- Work closely with line supervisors, production supervisors and maintenance technicians.
- Communicate inspection results and the importance of quality checks clearly to shop-floor colleagues.
