The role
As a laboratory quality technician at our client company in Enschede, you help safeguard and improve product quality in a production environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality checks on semi-finished and finished products during production.
- Record, analyze and report quality results to relevant departments.
- Carry out product release tasks and approve products.
- Work a rotating schedule to support continuous quality assurance.
- Manage, develop and improve work instructions and quality procedures.
- Take responsibility for assigned laboratory equipment, including its maintenance and calibration.
- Carry out experiments in support of research and development work.
Schedule
This is a full-time role with a rotating two-shift schedule.
What you bring
- A completed technical vocational qualification at Dutch MBO level 3 or 4.
- A qualification in laboratory technology or a comparable field is preferred.
- A careful, quality-conscious approach, resilience under pressure, flexibility and strong analytical thinking.
- Good spoken and written Dutch and English.
