As a Quality & Control Employee, you are responsible for implementing and monitoring the quality policy. You conduct internal audits and monitor the PDCA cycle to support continuous improvement.
Your work includes managing documents and qualifications and maintaining procedures and certification schemes in a structured way. You monitor KPIs and prepare management information to support decision-making.
You also contribute to customer satisfaction, support accreditation and designation processes, and help the organisation meet external requirements.
