The role
As a Quality Control Associate, you investigate quality complaints and other quality issues, analyse their causes and help ensure that improvements are implemented and sustained. At our client company in Heerde, you work with production, customers and the QHSE manager and contribute to a reliable finished product.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and follow up quality complaints and issues.
- Analyse causes using problem-solving methods such as 8D, 5xW and the Ishikawa diagram.
- Coordinate with production, customers and the QHSE manager.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and help implement lasting improvements.
Working hours

What you bring
- A technical qualification at Dutch HBO level, for example in mechanical engineering or technical business administration.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of production processes.
- The ability to read technical drawings and instructions.
- Knowledge of problem-solving methods such as 8D, 5xW and the Ishikawa diagram.
- A structured, analytical and customer-focused approach, with attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
