The role
As a Quality Control Analyst, you carry out and coordinate quality checks throughout the production process. You combine hands-on duties with an advisory role.
Responsibilities
- Sample raw materials, packaging, bulk products and finished products; record and assess the analysis results.
- Perform physical and chemical analyses, prepare analysis plans and enter results into an ERP system.
- Maintain and calibrate equipment and monitor compliance with hygiene and quality procedures.
- Support internal and external audits, initiate root-cause analyses and contribute to process improvements.
- Support colleagues through coaching and review.
- Flag quality issues and provide advice, with delegated authority in decisions about product release.
