- Plan, organise and guide internal and external audits, assess findings and monitor corrective actions.
- Visit growers, packing stations and external partners to check compliance with quality, food safety and certification requirements.
- Support risk assessments, traceability exercises and improvement projects.
- Prepare reports and analyses, identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and working methods.
- Depending on the supply-chain partner, work with schemes such as IFS Broker, SKAL and GlobalG.A.P. CoC for trading businesses; BRCGS Food and IFS Food for packing businesses; and GlobalG.A.P., GRASP, PlanetProof and LEAF for growers.

- Accuracy, structure and the ability to work independently; you are persuasive and solution-oriented.
- A willingness to learn and adapt, an interest in following developments, and the ability to use digital tools such as AI purposefully.
- Experience with certification schemes such as GlobalG.A.P., BRC/IFS and/or SKAL, or the motivation to develop your knowledge in this area.
