The role
Our client company in Varsseveld, Gelderland, is seeking a Quality Assurance Officer. You will develop, standardise and maintain quality processes in a technical manufacturing environment, working with colleagues and external parties to support continuous improvement.
- Manage and monitor the ISO 9001 quality management system and initiate improvements.
- Implement the ISO 14001 environmental management system.
- Coordinate internal audits and external audits carried out by customers and relevant authorities.
- Review and strengthen processes, and coordinate improvement projects.
- Support colleagues across departments in continuously improving processes and raising quality awareness.
Hours and working arrangements
Working hours are 32–40 per week. The distribution of hours and working days is open to discussion. Flexible working is possible.
What you bring
- An affinity for technology, a process-oriented approach and strong attention to detail.
- The ability to analyse problems, take action and focus on solving issues and improving processes.
- Knowledge of First Time Right, PDCA and 8D, plus thorough knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
- A completed technical qualification at HBO level.
- At least five years of relevant experience.
- Fluent spoken English and German.
- Automotive industry experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, the ability to work independently and a willingness to work as part of a team.
