Based in Nieuw-Vennep, you will support the quality policy, manage quality systems and guide audits. You will work closely with production and bring relevant experience, BRC/IFS knowledge and a hands-on approach.
The role
As a Quality Assurance Officer, you ensure the quality policy is implemented at our client company's production site. You work with the HACCP, IFS, SKAL, NEN ISO 9001 and IKB quality systems.
Responsibilities
- Maintain quality documentation, take samples and verify SOPs.
- Be present on the production floor, identify quality deviations and support production with practical, efficient solutions.
- Deliver quality training to employees and management.
- Support internal and external audits conducted by certification bodies and customers.
- Help implement changes to processes, raw and auxiliary materials, packaging and finished products.
- Record supplier and customer complaints.
- Process and analyse quality data, and present the findings to relevant stakeholders.
What you bring
- MBO+/HBO-level education in Food Technology or a comparable field.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of BRC/IFS and an interest in expanding this knowledge.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high degree of independence.
- Good command of Dutch and English.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and a hands-on approach.
