The role
At our client company in De Lier, Zuid-Holland, you will lead quality assurance and help improve product quality and manufacturing processes. You will be part of the quality control team in the Netherlands.
Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to safeguard product quality, from the quality approach to its practical application.
- Improve quality-control processes and help implement new tools.
- Analyze data and trends and use the findings to develop improvement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and product specifications through audits and proven practices.
- Define and plan the quality-control strategy for all production sites, with a focus on continuous improvement.
What you bring
- A completed higher professional education qualification at Dutch HBO level and/or five years of experience in quality and process management.
- Technical knowledge of horticulture is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data into practical actions.
- Good communication skills when working with colleagues and customers, internally and externally.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality systems.
- Experience in a production, logistics or industrial environment is an advantage.
- Good business-level Dutch and English, spoken and written.
