The role
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you assess customer and supplier specifications and translate them into the required process steps, procedures, actions and instructions. You coordinate closely with colleagues involved in production and logistics.
You help operate the EN9100 quality management system, keep the quality documentation system up to date, ensure appropriate documentation is in place and prepare certificates. You also take an active part in internal and external audits and propose improvement actions to help maintain the required quality standards.

What you bring
- HBO-level work and thinking, preferably in quality and/or process management.
- A team-oriented approach and the ability to convince, motivate and engage colleagues, management, suppliers and customers.
- Initiative and a continuous improvement mindset, with the drive to put improvements into practice.
- A practical, analytical and structured approach to work.
- Knowledge of APQP/PPAP, FMEA and Six Sigma.
- Experience conducting internal and external audits.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
Hours and benefits
The role is 40 hours per week; no specific shift pattern is stated. The gross monthly salary is €3,500–€5,000, based on a 40-hour week.
