The role
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you monitor and improve product quality across the organisation and its supply chain. You are the point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders regarding quality-related questions and complaints.
You conduct 8D root-cause analyses and initiate corrective and preventive actions using quality techniques such as 5 Whys and FMEA. You plan and conduct internal audits and ensure findings receive appropriate follow-up. You also analyse product and process data, draw conclusions and translate them into concrete improvement actions.
