You will develop QHSE policy across several logistics sites, lead audits and training, and support the development of the QHSE team. Based in Zevenbergen; salary is €4,100–€6,000 per month.
The role
As QHSE Supervisor with our client company in logistics, you will develop, implement and maintain policy covering quality, occupational safety, fire safety, health and the environment across several sites in Noord-Brabant. You will also help bring a new site into operation. The location is Zevenbergen.
You will conduct internal audits and inspections, check that procedures meet centrally defined standards, report deviations and recommend improvements. You will manage or coordinate quality documents and records and ensure they are available in the quality management system. You will also be the region’s first point of contact for occupational health and safety, health and environmental matters.
You will develop and deliver training to improve knowledge sharing and awareness and promote continuous improvement. You will also support the QHSE team’s development and help strengthen its expertise.
What you bring
- HBO-level professional and educational capability, preferably complemented by a specialisation in Middelbare Veiligheidskunde (Dutch intermediate safety studies).
- Relevant experience and an affinity for Health & Safety in a logistics or process organisation.
- A good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge and experience in occupational health and safety and environmental management, or a willingness to develop this further.
- The ability to develop a team, take action, show courage and stay motivated to grow.
