The role
As a QHSE Specialist, you support the operations of our client company in maintaining and improving process and product quality. You flag matters that need attention in good time, contribute ideas and help teams apply the required quality steps and improve working methods. You are part of the quality team.
Responsibilities
- Manage requirements for quality documents and the relationships between them.
- Compare, audit and assess working methods.
- Ensure alignment with ISO standards.
- Manage the CAQ system used company-wide for CAPA, disciplines and calibration.
- Contribute to large and small projects within the quality team.
What you bring
- Strong analytical skills.
- At least five years of experience in a comparable role in product development or manufacturing.
- Experience with quality documentation and processes, including FMEA, PQP, CAPA and 8D.
- A strong, assertive approach focused on continuous improvement and quality awareness at all levels of the organization.
- An affinity for applying laws and regulations to internal processes.
