  • Develop improvement proposals and independently set up and carry out projects covering safety, quality and the environment.
  • Conduct inspection rounds focused on safety, hygiene and quality.
  • Analyse and report deviations in operational processes and products.
  • Review, update and improve the quality manual.
  • Support the preparation and execution of audits and respond to customer queries.
  • Carry out laboratory work, including sampling and reporting, and flag product-quality deviations.

Work schedule

No specific shift pattern or working hours are stated. Flexibility is important; a strict 9-to-5 mindset is not suited to the role.

What you bring

  • At least a higher professional education qualification at HBO level; a safety or environmental field is preferred.
  • An interest in occupational health, safety and environmental matters.
  • BHV workplace emergency-response and/or EHBO first-aid certification, or willingness to obtain it.

  • Good spoken and written Dutch and English.
  • Your own transport.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • A strong sense of responsibility, flexibility and resilience, with the ability to work independently and on projects.
  • Willingness to undertake further training or courses.

What is offered

There is room to further develop your knowledge and experience. Employment conditions follow the applicable collective agreement, and there is a good pension scheme. The contract type and salary are not specified.
