The role
As QHSE Manager at our client company, you will help safeguard and improve quality, health, safety and environmental standards in a dynamic logistics environment. The role has a national scope and is based in Zevenbergen, North Brabant. Work is hybrid, combining home and office; specific hours or a shift pattern are not provided.
- Coordinate QHSE processes centrally and implement them at national level.
- Conduct internal audits and support external audits.
- Carry out safety assessments and risk reviews relating to hazardous substances.
- Present the strategic QHSE policy to management and keep them informed about developments, progress and best practices.
- Help improve ISO certifications, safety awareness, compliance and quality management.
What you bring
- Education in quality management, safety studies or a comparable field.
- Around five years of QHSE management experience. Experience in logistics or production is an advantage.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, 13485, 14001 and 45001, PGS 15 and GDP.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Experience improving QHSE performance and managing quality within a quality management system.
