The role
As QHSE Manager in Velsen-Noord, North Holland, you will maintain and improve the management systems for quality, occupational health and safety, and the environment, including coordinating certification to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BES 6001 and EN 1090.
Responsibilities
- Monitor changes in legislation, regulations and applicable standards, and translate requirements into practical measures.
- Maintain contact with the relevant authorities, including on environmental permits.
- Lead improvement projects and support further sustainability efforts.
What you bring
- Working and thinking ability at HBO/WO level (Dutch higher professional or university level).
- Experience in quality and environmental management, with at least 3 years in a similar role.
- The ability to understand and apply standards and legal texts and translate them into practice.
- An analytical, independent, reliable and accurate approach, strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset and a focus on results.
