The role
At a client company in Waalre, you will work in an international technical manufacturing environment. You will lead and coach the QHSE team, develop and implement QHSE policies, and maintain a visible presence on the production floor. Your work will support continuous improvement in quality, safety and sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and improve policies covering quality, safety and the environment.
- Coordinate audits, certification processes and improvement plans.
- Work on operational matters with production, engineering and supply chain.
- Coach colleagues, ask critical questions and help guide the organization.
- Foster a culture where quality, safety and sustainability are part of everyday work.
Hours
The role is 40 hours per week.
What you bring
- An HBO/WO-level educational background (higher professional or university level), for example in mechanical engineering, environmental science or integrated safety.
- At least five years of QHSE experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of and experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
