A client company in Sittard is looking for a QHSE/KAM Coordinator for 40 hours a week. You will support industrial teams on quality, safety and environmental matters, assess risks and advise on safe working practices. Gross salary: €3,853–€5,660 per month.
The role
As QHSE/KAM Coordinator, you will be the point of contact for quality, safety and environmental matters at the client company in Sittard. You will work in an industrial setting, moving between client locations, projects and operational teams. You will help identify risks early and support work preparation and execution.
You will monitor the correct application of relevant safety and environmental measures, procedures and requirements, and help build support for them. The occupational hygiene strategy will guide your approach.
Responsibilities
- Prepare risk inventories and evaluations (RI&Es), task risk analyses and KVM plans.
- Discuss QHSE plans for high-risk work and conduct workplace observations.
- Deliver briefings, toolbox talks and safety training.
- Investigate, report and follow up incidents and complaints.
- Advise site management, support operational teams with work preparation and execution, and take part in project groups to address risks early.
What you bring
- HBO-level working and thinking ability, plus a completed relevant MBO qualification.
- MVK is an advantage.
- 5–7 years of experience in a similar role; industry experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of environmental legislation and relevant guidelines.
- Certificates in auditing, supervision or environmental matters, or willingness to obtain them.
- Good spoken and reading English.
- A flexible, client-focused approach, and the ability to work independently, critically and proactively on QHSE/KVM issues.
