Coordinate QHSE policy, audits and quality inspections for our client company in Barendrecht. You will drive improvements, support international QHSE objectives and develop internal training.
The role
As a QHSE Engineer at our client company in Barendrecht, you will coordinate and maintain the documented QHSE policy in line with ISO 9001 and applicable HSE requirements. You will carry out quality inspections, monitor subcontractors and follow up on actions. You will translate policy into practical improvements and QA and HSE objectives. You will also coordinate the implementation and achievement of QHSE objectives internationally and support QHSE colleagues at overseas branches.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, conduct, support and follow up internal, external and supplier audits.
- Propose improvements to quality processes and procedures based on audit findings.
- Help optimise procedures and safeguard quality standards.
- Develop internal QHSE training and provide guidance.
- Share information about standard quality procedures and documentation.
What you bring
- A technical higher professional qualification and relevant QHSE experience.
- Experience with ISO 9001 and internal and external audits.
- Knowledge of quality, safety, occupational health and safety, environmental requirements and relevant legislation.
- Good spoken and written Dutch and English.
