As QHSE Coordinator at the client company, you will be the first point of contact for safety, quality and environmental matters. You will work with managers and employees to strengthen safety awareness and improve processes. The role is based in Zuidoostbeemster and is 32–40 hours per week.
What you will do
- Advise and support managers and employees on safety, quality and environmental matters.
- Help develop the safety programme across the business units.
- Investigate incidents and ensure that follow-up actions are completed.
- Coach managers during workplace inspections and observation rounds.
- Stay in contact with employees on the shop floor, gather their safety ideas and keep up with what is happening.
- Carry out internal audits and check that procedures are applied correctly.
- Monitor compliance with the safety policy.
- Maintain and improve the management system across the business units.
What you bring
- A completed MVK qualification (Middelbare Veiligheidskunde).
- Experience with safety in construction, infrastructure or another technical environment.
- The ability to work effectively with both shop-floor employees and management.
