Coordinate QHSE work involving HACCP, ARIE and RI&E documentation, audits, quality-system management and product development. Based in Hoogerheide, the role is 32–36 hours per week.
The role
At our client company in Hoogerheide, you will work as a QHSE Coordinator, focusing on quality, health and safety, and environmental management. You will monitor the correct implementation and maintenance of the quality system.
Your responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain HACCP risk analyses, quality control plans, ARIE and RI&E documentation, environmental policy and annual plans; carry out annual quality plans.
- Advise and train employees and take part in the HACCP team.
- Prepare for and guide internal and external audits.
- Receive, register and handle complaints when the QA Manager is absent.
- Support product development with product and raw-material information, and carry out related tasks and subprojects.
- Carefully archive and analyse quality data, and advise and report to the QA Manager.
What you bring
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience and an MBO+ work-and-thinking level.
- Experience with specification management systems.
- Training and knowledge of ARIE and RI&E.
- Excellent Dutch and English; a good command of German is an advantage.
- You are independent, team-oriented and hands-on. You are socially skilled, professional in your manner and reliable; you take initiative, pay close attention to detail, and are flexible, practical, enthusiastic and hard-working.
