The role
As QHSE Coordinator at our client company in Dordrecht, South Holland, you will safeguard and improve quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental performance across projects and business processes. You will combine management-system upkeep and audits with hands-on support for project teams on site.
What you'll do
- Translate current legislation and relevant standards into clear procedures and work instructions.
- Advise and coach colleagues and project teams on QHSE matters, helping to strengthen a safe and sustainable working culture.
- Plan and carry out internal audits, risk analyses and workplace inspections on site, turning findings into practical improvement proposals.
- Analyse incidents and near misses, prepare reports and initiate appropriate measures.
- Maintain and update the QHSE management system, work instructions and safety procedures.
- Help ensure that projects and business processes meet current legal requirements and relevant standards and safety frameworks, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and VCA.
What you bring
- HBO-level work and thinking ability, preferably in quality management, compliance, business administration or a related field.
- Experience in a comparable KAM, compliance, quality or project-control role.
- Knowledge of ISO systems and experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
- An analytical approach and awareness of organisational dynamics, with the ability to switch between day-to-day practice and the bigger picture.
- A practical mindset, an ability to maintain oversight and the skill to get others on board.
