As a QHSE Coordinator at a client company in Helmond, you will help further develop its approach to safety, quality and sustainability. You will support certification processes and improvement initiatives, working closely with management, site supervisors and employees on construction sites.
Responsibilities
- Support and guide QHSE initiatives and certification processes.
- Establish, improve and maintain safety and quality processes.
- Organise and update toolbox talks, safety communications and meetings.
- Collect, analyse and evaluate VCA forms and reports from across the departments.
- Prepare, coordinate and support internal and external audits and evaluations.
- Advise management and operational teams on safety, sustainability and compliance.
- Contribute to a strong safety culture.
What you bring
- Experience in KAM or QHSE work in construction or a technical environment.
- Knowledge of VCA, the Safety Culture Ladder, the CO₂ Performance Ladder and/or PSO is an advantage.
- The ability to work independently, take a proactive approach and communicate effectively.
- The ability to bring people on board with changes and improvements.
- An affinity for practical, hands-on organisations and construction sites.
- A category B driving licence.
