Full-time QHSE Coordinator role in a production setting in the graphic arts sector in Goudriaan. You will maintain and improve QHSE processes, support audits and deliver staff training. Employment terms are market-aligned and follow the sector collective agreement.
The role
As a QHSE Coordinator, you will ensure that quality, health, safety and environmental matters receive ongoing attention in a production setting in the graphic arts sector. You will develop, implement and monitor policies and procedures, keep employees aware of applicable standards and look for continual improvements.
You will carry out regular workplace inspections and discuss any irregularities with the employees concerned in a friendly but decisive manner.
Responsibilities
- Keep QHSE, CSR, FSC and EUDR work processes up to date.
- Draft, maintain and improve procedures and work instructions.
- Manage certificates and coordinate internal and external audits.
- Oversee the company environmental plan, risk inventory and evaluation (RI&E), and action plan.
- Deliver training to raise employee awareness of quality, safety and environmental matters.
- Also serve as the workplace prevention officer and data protection officer.
What you bring
- A completed higher professional qualification in QHSE or an equivalent level gained through experience.
- Knowledge of QHSE laws and regulations.
- A decisive, persuasive and persistent approach.
- Experience in the graphic arts sector is an advantage.
