The role
At our client company in Geleen, Limburg, you will work as a QA Specialist in a production environment. You will safeguard and continuously improve the quality management systems and support the QA Manager.
What you will do
- Maintain and continuously improve the management systems in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF.
- Prepare, coordinate and follow up on internal and external audits.
- Investigate customer complaints and issues and work towards solutions.
- Conduct incident investigations using 8D reports.
- Answer internal and external quality-related questions fully and promptly.
- Develop and deliver training programmes on applicable quality standards.
- Support the QA Manager with a range of tasks.
What you bring
- A relevant bachelor's degree (HBO level).
- Experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of quality standards; knowledge of standards in the automotive industry is an advantage.
- A hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
- Good command of Dutch and English.
