Lead QHSE and continuous-improvement initiatives for our client company in Koog aan De Zaan. Oversee audits and lead 1–2 employees in a permanent, 32–40-hour daytime role.
The role
For our client company in Koog aan De Zaan, Noord-Holland, we are looking for a QA/QHSE Manager for 32–40 hours a week. You propose improvements to processes and systems, monitor progress and translate policy into practical actions. You ensure improvements are implemented and embedded, including by providing instructions and training.
You are the point of contact for inspections and audits, including audits related to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. You focus on continuous improvement and building support for change. You also contribute to special projects, for example involving product development, safety and sustainability. You work across the organization, advise senior management and lead 1–2 employees.
Schedule and employment
Permanent, full-time or part-time position for 32–40 hours a week. Day shift, Monday to Friday.
What you bring
- At least five years of relevant QHSE experience in a technical environment.
- HBO-level working and thinking ability.
- Knowledge of ISO, VCA, occupational health and safety regulations, and environmental legislation.
- MVK/HVK and BHV qualifications, or willingness to obtain them.
- Excellent spoken and written Dutch and English.
- An affinity with technology.
- You are accurate and assertive, monitor progress and focus on goals and results. You are decisive and persistent, work well with others, think in processes and concepts, and can persuasively lead improvement initiatives.
