The role
At our client company in Arkel, South Holland, you will help further professionalise a growing production site. As QA/QC Manager, you will lead, support and motivate five employees.
What you will do
- Maintain quality systems and help ensure processes and products meet the relevant requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
- Organise, conduct and support internal and external inspections and audits.
- Analyse quality data and prepare reports to track trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work with production, procurement and engineering to resolve quality issues and prevent them from recurring.
What you bring
- Experience in a similar role in a production environment.
- HBO-level working and thinking ability in quality and/or process management.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14001, Lean, and current Dutch quality laws and regulations.
- The ability to set priorities, connect people, maintain an overview and focus on continuous improvement.
What is offered

- Gross monthly salary of €5,000–€6,000, depending on experience and education.
- Travel expenses reimbursed for a one-way distance of up to 40 km.
