The role
At our client company in Zevenaar, you will work as a QA/QC Engineer in a technical manufacturing environment. You will monitor, analyze and improve product and process quality. Working closely with production managers, you will identify structural deviations and help improve the quality management system.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and report deviations in product and process characteristics.
- Support production in meeting product specifications.
- Identify and address structural product and process issues.
- Discuss feedback from production and sales with colleagues and help implement improvements.
- Analyze and report customer complaints and initiate improvement actions.
- Contribute to automating the quality control system.
- Work with colleagues in technology and operations to move quickly from identifying a deviation to resolving it.
What you bring
- A technical MBO diploma.
- A problem-solving mindset.
- Experience with machining processes and measurement techniques is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to persuade.

Schedule and offer
The position is full-time; no specific shift pattern is stated. Employment conditions follow the Metaal en Techniek collective labour agreement. For full-time employment, this includes 25 days of annual leave and 13 ATV days.
