The role
As a QA Officer in Moerdijk, North Brabant, you will be responsible for the management system in a production environment. You will help ensure compliance with current and new legislation and regulations, and maintain applicable standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. You will review and improve existing management systems. This independent role involves working across the organization, from shop-floor teams to management, and liaising with the SHEQ department. You will report to a quality manager.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and continuously improve management systems, including document control.
- Proactively ensure that internal audits are carried out, requirements are followed and audit follow-up is completed.
- Implement changes and improvements to processes, systems and procedures, and record them in a document management system.
- Advise employees, management and senior leadership on quality control.
- Support and coordinate certification audits.
- Deliver training in Quality Assurance.
What you bring
- Working and analytical capability at Dutch HBO+/WO level, equivalent to higher professional or university level.
- At least five years of relevant experience with management systems in a production environment.
- Affinity with the chemical and wastewater sectors is an advantage.
- Experience with BRL 7510, 9335 and 2506 and Seveso is an advantage.
- Experience in the waste sector is an advantage.
