The role
As QA Officer at our client company, a producer of food bars, you will be responsible for the quality management system. You will coordinate audits and improvement actions, handle complaints and incidents, and prepare related KPI reports. The position is based in Leerdam, province of Utrecht.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, conduct and follow up on internal and external audits, including IFS/BRC, Skal and customer audits.
- Investigate and handle complaints and carry out trend analyses.
- Coordinate cleaning and pest-control services provided by external contractors.
- Help administer the quality documentation system.
- Support internal teams with incident management and training.
- Conduct traceability tests.
- Maintain the HACCP and Food Defence plans, and chair or take minutes at related meetings.
- Coordinate root cause analyses (RCA) for issues, complaints or blocked products.
- Conduct audits of suppliers and service providers.
- Where needed, monitor the quality of incoming raw materials, packaging materials and products.
