The role
As a QA Officer in a food production environment, you help safeguard food safety and product integrity. You work with QA, QC and production colleagues.
You help design, implement and maintain the quality system, carry out validations on the production floor, and support internal and external audits. You also handle complaints, update procedures in the QA manual, and support and advise production colleagues on product-quality issues. You contribute proposals for improvement.
What you bring
- HBO-level working and thinking ability or higher, plus relevant education in food-related studies.
- Relevant work experience in the food industry.
- Knowledge of HACCP, BRC and IFS, microbiological, chemical and physical food-safety hazards, and relevant legislation.
- Proficiency in Dutch.
- A critical, improvement-focused approach; confidence addressing colleagues and the ability to plan and organise your work.
- A solution-focused, team-oriented way of working.
