The role
As a QA Officer at our client company in Berkel en Rodenrijs, Zuid-Holland, you analyse QC data. You collect and interpret biological data to monitor and improve the biological quality of products, and turn your findings into concrete improvement actions.
Your responsibilities
- Support Quality Control with investigations into quality issues and carry out corrective actions.
- Advise operational teams and implement improvements to raise product quality.
- Participate in short-term QA improvement projects and contribute biological expertise to process optimisation.
- Conduct internal audits and prepare for external audits.
- Report KPIs such as deviation rates, CAPA closure times and release times.
