The role

Our client company is seeking a QA Manager for a production site in Oss, Noord-Brabant. You will be the first point of contact for colleagues, customers and suppliers on quality and food safety. • Conduct internal and external audits independently and follow up on findings.
  • Promote good housekeeping and manage and check the cleaning plan.
  • Lead and coach colleagues in quality and facilities roles.
  • Take part in the management team and contribute on quality matters.
  • Report to the Plant Manager, with a functional reporting line to the QHSE Manager.

What you bring

  • An MBO+/HBO-level qualification or demonstrably equivalent professional level.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a comparable role.
  • Experience in the food or confectionery industry is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of quality systems and food safety.
  • A good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • A proactive, resilient and quality-focused approach, with structured, accurate and results-oriented ways of working.
  • A hands-on attitude, critical thinking and tactful communication with customers and shop-floor colleagues.
