The role
As a QA labelling specialist at our client company in Wezep, Gelderland, you help safeguard food safety and ensure accurate product information. You work with QA and QC colleagues and coordinate with customers and product development.
What you will do
- Prepare product specifications in different customer-specific digital systems.
- Set up labels and check them for accuracy.
- Support customers with questions about specifications, labelling and quality checks.
- Work with an automated recipe management system.
- Collaborate proactively with product development.
- Manage and review raw material and packaging specifications for compliance with legislation and requirements relating to allergens and nutritional values; follow up on suppliers’ quality certificates.
- Maintain accurate internal records.
- Work closely with QA colleagues on a daily basis.
What you bring
- HBO-level working and thinking ability (Dutch higher professional education level).
- Several years’ experience in a food environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- A good command of Dutch and English is essential.
- Accuracy, a structured approach, the ability to maintain an overview, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
