The role
As a QA Engineer, you will work on food-safety projects across several departments and be responsible for their implementation. You will represent QA in quality incidents and other quality-related events and drive continuous improvement.
What you bring
- A completed higher-education degree (HBO/WO level), preferably in food technology or life sciences.
- At least three years of experience in an operational QA environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Experience implementing projects.
- A strong quality mindset and a focus on improving products and processes.
- The ability to balance firmness with flexibility; curiosity, an appetite for challenges and initiative.
- The ability to work independently and collaborate across disciplines, using an investigative approach and problem-solving tools.
