The role
As a Production Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for safeguarding and improving the quality of production processes and products in 's-Hertogenbosch.
- Lead quality activities when products are introduced at or transferred to the production site.
- Proactively identify operational risks and implement control measures with production and engineering teams.
- Analyse, visualise and report QEHS information and KPIs, turning findings into concrete improvement actions.
- Guide and conduct internal audits, and support external audits related to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
- Coordinate improvement projects using methods such as FMEA, 8D and Lean to reduce failure costs.
