The role
As a production quality controller, you carry out quality checks throughout the production process. You follow specifications and record the results of your checks.
Responsibilities
- Carry out measurements and visual inspections, and record the results.
- Take samples during production and carry out laboratory preparations and spot checks.
- Report deviations to the QA team immediately and take corrective action where possible.
- Check packaged products for weight, legibility and correct printing, and count the items in each package.
- Support colleagues on the production floor and monitor compliance with hygiene and quality requirements.
