The role
As a Production Quality Assurance Engineer, you are responsible for maintaining and implementing the quality management system in the production environment in Apeldoorn.
Responsibilities
- Support production staff in meeting QMS requirements and work with other departments to prevent deviations.
- Conduct risk analyses and risk management, and assess production changes that affect GMP.
- Investigate the root causes of deviations, report deviations and CAPAs, and ensure follow-up through the QMS.
- Contribute to validation and improvement projects and develop process optimizations within production.
- Train and coach operators and raise quality awareness on the shop floor through practical instructions.
