The role
As a Process Technologist, you develop and improve production processes and products. You optimise formulations and prepare product and process descriptions to help trial production, scale-up and manufacturing run efficiently and with a focus on quality.
Responsibilities
- You guide trial production and support the scale-up of processes.
- You advise on scale-up strategies and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- You coordinate with R&D and Operations and answer process technology questions from other departments.
- You work with engineers and contribute to continuous improvement, quality assurance, technical planning and validation during scale-up.
