In Veendam, you are responsible for controlling and continuously improving processes related to ovens and production. Safety, efficiency and quality are central to the role.
Your responsibilities
- Monitor process parameters and adjust settings to achieve production volumes and product specifications.
- Analyse process data and troubleshoot process disruptions. Work with operations, maintenance and software engineering to address their causes.
- Initiate and lead improvement projects focused on energy and environmental optimisation, ensuring they are fully implemented in the production environment.
- Share knowledge with operators and act as the link between office-based functions and shift teams.
- Maintain and update process documentation, operating and work instructions, and prepare the required reports.
