The role
As a process technologist in Rozenburg, you will contribute to the performance of the entire production plant by helping develop concepts and models.
Responsibilities
- Carry out fault analyses and develop tools to support and advise production staff.
- Monitor performance over the medium and long term, record deviations and implement improvements.
- Guide operational improvement projects aimed at improving plant yield and take part in long-term engineering projects.
- Work on programming and help implement production dashboards.
- Coordinate daily with fellow process technologists and customers of the production department.
- Check KPIs daily and prepare reports for various departments.
- Take part in safety studies in process areas. Check that the process runs without deviations, process safety is ensured and work can be carried out safely.
What you bring
- At least a higher professional education (HBO) diploma in a technical field.
- Extensive experience as a process technologist in the process industry.
- Knowledge of combustion processes and heat-transfer calculations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma.
