The role
As a Process Technologist, you will design and optimise production processes. You will analyse process data and conduct process studies to improve efficiency and product quality.
Your responsibilities
- Implement process changes and guide their execution on the shop floor in collaboration with production and engineering.
- Document processes and develop work procedures to support compliance and safety.
- Support trials of new production methods and coach operators through process adjustments.
- Work with a technical team on continuous improvement in a low-mix, high-volume environment with continuously operating production units.
